Consumer Warranty
We stand behind all our products that’s why we carry a lifetime warranty for workmanship on every product we make! Dead on Tools will repair or replace a defective product with a new or reconditioned part or product, depending of the availability at the time of replacement.
This warranty covers normal usage and does not cover damage which results from accident, misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect or improper maintenance. The warranty does not cover damage which results from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications. This warranty does not cover damage to
hammer which results from striking hammer against hardened steel tools, i.e. cat’s paw, chisel, hardened nails, bolts, etc.
All warranty claims must be called or emailed to Dead on Tools first, before any action will be taken. Failure to contact Dead on Tools will lead to delay in replacement, repair, or credit.
Return Policy
Any product being returned to Dead on Tools must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a “RMA#” on the box in which it’s returned within 30 days for credit. The RMA# will be provided to you after calling/emailing us and stating the problem. In the event proof of purchase is not available and/or over 30 days, at Dead on Tools discretion, we will either authorize an exchange or substitute item of equal or lesser value.
Defective product will be replaced or repaired and returned at our expense, and in the event that the item has been abused or altered Dead on Tools will not be responsible for return shipping charges.
Providing the following information will enable us to better expedite the processing of your returns:
1. Dead on Tools RMA# clearly marked on the return carton
2. Stated reasons for return of product
3. Proof of purchase required if returned within 30 days for credit
