Do you ship internationally?


At this time, Dead On Tools does not currently offer international shipping options/shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii. 

We ship anywhere within the continental US. Check back with us in the near future as we work on a cost-effective way to expand our shipping options overseas!

I bought my item from your website and want to return it. How do I do that?

To initiate a return, you must contact Dead On Tools within 30 days of the order placement date.


Overall, here's what you need to do to initiate a return:

  1. You MUST contact us (Once you contact us, you will be given a Return Form with the RMA# needed for your return.)

  2. Fill out all of the fields on the Return Form

  3. Make sure you repackage your item with the Return Form and all original packaging (i.e. tag, poly bag, etc.)

  4. Once we receive your return item we will start the refund process!

How do I track my order?


You will receive an email after your order has been completed and payment is received. An additional email will be sent once your order has shipped providing tracking information. Please contact customer service if you do not receive a confirmation email.

What are your delivery options?


We currently ship anywhere within the continental US. We ship standard ground and ship free on all standard shipping orders with a cart totaling over $100.00 in merchandise. Expedited shipping is offered at an additional cost and is not included within the free standard shipping on orders over $100.00


How long will standard shipping take?


We estimate 5-7 business days.  New orders will be processed every week day (Monday-Friday) before 11:00 AM CST

Can I return my item to you if I didn't buy it from your website?

Our Return Policy is only effective if the item was purchased online from this website. Any Dead On product bought from an outside retailer will be subject to the respective retailer's return policies.
